The importance of a good address for business
A virtual office is a combination of off-site live communication and address services that allow users to reduce traditional office costs while maintaining business professionalism. For a long period, many small businesses would use a PO box to receive mail, so as not to make their customers think that they were operating from a home. However, a large number of ‘dodgy’ businesses hid behind PO boxes to protect themselves, so the PO box fell out of favour with legitimate businesses.
Nowadays, a good business address is important because potential customers use the Internet to research companies that they might work with. Seeing a real address rather than a PO box immediately makes the business seem more legitimate and trustworthy to the customer.
